Slurry tourism and large-scale industrial agriculture

Every year, far more manure is spread on fields in Germany than plants and soil can absorb. This also poses a threat to drinking water resources. Nevertheless, more and more manure trucks are rolling onto our fields – including from neighbouring countries.
